How do I place a custom order?
Select the item you from products on page and place your order through the website. After checkout, you’ll will need to email or text your customization details (name, colors, theme, etc.) to briscoecrafts24@gmail.com.
How long does it take to process my order?
Processing time is 3-15 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom orders may take a little longer depending on design and order volume. This not including holidays or weekends.
What information do you need from me?
Please include:
Order number
Name spelling (exactly how you want it)
Colors, theme, or design requests
Deadline (if applicable)
Incomplete info may delay your order.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes — pickup and delivery available.
Pickup details will be provided after purchase.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Changes are allowed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, changes are not guaranteed once production begins.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale.
If there is an issue caused by us, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
What if I need my order by a specific date?
Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. Rush orders may require an additional fee.
