Refund policy

All custom and personalized items are non-refunable and non-returnable.

Because each order is made just for you, We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on my end. 

If there is an error with your order, please contact us at briscoecrafts24@gmail.com, within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with clear photos so I can make it right.

  • No refunds on custom designs
  • No cancellations once work has started.
  • If we make a mistake - We will remake or correct it

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us withing 48 hours immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
