At Briscoe Crafts, every item is handmade with care. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are handmade. Processing time is typically 3-15 Business Days depending on the item and current order volume. During holidays or high-demand seasons, processing time may be slightly longer. Any updates will be posted in the announcement bar.

Shipping

If you choose shipping at checkout:

• Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS.

• Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

• Briscoe Crafts is not responsible for carrier delays.

• Once your package is handed to USPS/UPS, any lost, delayed, or damaged packages must be handled directly with the carrier.

• Items damaged or lost by the postal service cannot be replaced by Briscoe Crafts.

Local Pickup (Free)

Free local pickup is available in Leeds, Alabama and Homewood, AL.

You will receive a pickup address and instructions once your order is ready. Please pick up within 48 hours of notification to ensure product quality.

Pickup and delivery available.

Local delivery starts at $10 and may vary based on distance. Delivery time windows will be provided once your order is complete.

 

Custom Orders

All custom items are personalized specifically for each customer. Please double-check names, spelling, colors, and sizing before placing your order. Custom orders cannot be changed, returned, or refunded once work has started.

Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order (wrong item, missing item, or an error on my end), please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item and include clear photos so I can resolve the issue.
